A cappella innovation from Berlin
ONAIR formed with the vision of exploring the boundaries of what is musically possible in a world free of instruments. At home in pop music, they do not shy away from detours into the classical/rock and jazz world due to their versatile musical training. In doing so, they benefit from their virtuoso soloistic skills with a fine ear for the overall sound of the ensemble.
ONAIR is one of the most awarded bands of the German a cappella scene:

André studied jazz & pop singing at the Berlin “Hanns Eisler” Academy of Music. He is an arranger, composer, and vocal coach. André was a long-time member of the a cappella band “musix” and is a vocal soloist in a number of different projects.
At ONAIR, André is a tenor, arranger and composer.
Marta has taken piano lessons since her childhood and won first prizes at “Jugend musiziert”. She completed her vocal and piano studies at the University of Music in Münster, Department Detmold. She has played lead roles in a number of musical productions such as “We Will Rock You!”, “Mamma Mia”, “Mozart!”. Apart from ONAIR, she also works as a piano teacher and a vocal coach.
Marta sings with ONAIR sometimes soprano, sometimes alto. She is a damn good rehearsal organizer and the band's in-house electric guitar ;)
Patrick studied jazz & pop vocals at the Berlin Academy of Music "Hanns Eisler". Apart from a cappella he can't do much and that's how it will probably stay. He was a founding member of the a cappella group "muSix" and together with Lukas Teske (Maybebop) forms the duo "Hartmuth und die Hitmaschine". He has been hired by many a cappella groups and choirs for workshops, coaching, arrangements and beatbox features and has been involved in numerous productions.
Patrick is bass player, beatboxer, recording engineer, arranger and composer at ONAIR and can also massage quite well.
Jenn studied jazz & pop vocals at the Berlin "Hanns Eisler" Academy of Music. She is an arranger and composer, worked as an actress and singer at the Ronacher in Vienna, as well as at the National Theater Mannheim and was a soloist of the "Trio Rosenrot". For her duo project "LÜX" she composes and performs together with her pianist Simon Anke.
Jenn sings either the soprano or the alto with ONAIR. She arranges and composes for the ensemble together with André and Patrick. She also writes excellent tour plans for the band ;)
